Nicely executed claw prongs and great detail on the shoulders. Size is a 6.5 and it does not appear to have ever been sized, sizeable.

The shank is round and in good condition. The ring weighs 1.7 grams. There is a makers mark on the inside - pictured. The amethyst is larger than.

50 carat but smaller than. 75 carat equivalent diamond size. There are very very minor wear marks to the stone that are only visible under magnification.

It is unknown if this amethyst is natural or created. While all the prongs touch the stone two show minor wear and thus are not as pointed as the others.
