The ring features a 15x10mm oval shape shell carved Cameo. You are going to love the Rose Gold ring with Yellow Gold accents and beaded mil grain scroll gold detail. The ring is hallmarked 10K and weighs 4.28 grams.

The head measures 24x17mm with a 9mm rise off the finger and 1mm shank. It's a size 4.25 and can be sized. This Vintage ring is pre-owned and in excellent condition showing normal wear.
