Up for your consideration is this beautiful Estate piece. It is an Antique Victorian 14K GOLD Hand Carved Natural Shell Cameo with HIGH RELIEF. It has an extremely high quality carving of a regal woman with grapes and grape leaves in her hair. The carver was able to incorporate the excellent coloring from the shell.

She has a beautiful pearl necklace. The cameo is encased in a deep 14k gold frame. The gold frame has hand engraving to compliment the beauty of the woman. This quality piece weighs 20 grams.

It measures 2 /12 inches long (including the bale). It is almost 2 inches wide. The piece has a hidden collapsible bale and a strong closing clasp on the pin. The gold mark is a circle in an arrow, probably made by the Steeber Company. This a a beautiful Cameo.
