Antique Victorian Cloisonne Enamel Flower Brass Keepsake Locket Pendant Pin

  

Believe brass, non magnetic metal with a cloisonne top, it looks like it would hold something underneath but i have not tried removing the top prongs, the top is raised and on the reverse the center area is raised, unusual piece from my parents collection, measures about 1 3/4 tall.
