Antique Victorian 15ct Yellow Gold Blue Guilloche Enamel Photo Locket Pendant. The locket measures approx 26mm in diameter. The length including the bale approx 32mm. The weight is approx 9.6 grams. It opens and closes securely.

Please note 15ct is a British hallmark which is equivalent to 15k gold.. The BB stands for Birmingham dating around 1898.

I believe the photos are original to the locket. There is no glass panel over the interior picture of the man. May benefit from a cleaning. Please look at all 12 pics as they are part of the description.

All pics enlarged to show details. Because of different gold testing practices (acid, electronic and x ray), items stamped 14k may read or actually be between 13.5k-15k gold. Until 1981, manufactures of jewelry could use gold that was 13.5karat or higher and round off, thus still stamping it 14k. This goes for 18k gold also 17.5k or higher.
