This listing is for a one of a kind, handmade solid 10k (I think it's 12k but don't have that solution to test, floats slightly when acid tested for 14k). A wire of gold has been twisted and formed into the shape of a cobra with an indicolite tourmaline set in the head. It is adjustable (I usually wore it on my thumb).
