Estate Antique Victorian 14k Gold Expandable Mechanical Chatelaine Pencil Featuring a very collectible rare tested 14k gold mechanical pencil. Designed of intricate weave design with center blanks finish to be engraved, so impressive.

When you pull top portion pencil end is supposed to extend, this one does need work, as the gold pencil end it there, but does not retract, possibly signed on that piece. I do not know how to open it.
