Lovely and the perfect scale and prefect fiery hues! Ladies earrings and pendant set will bring beauty and elegance to your presence. They are pierced with a secure backing. These three pieces dangle and catch the light with so much red fire, they could nearly be classified as red instead of black! They are an old organic, fern, leaf and floral design.... Victorian with folded edges like that in an oil painting of flower or clam shells. They are quite delicate and yet very sturdy. We've gone through and reinforced every moving part. The posts are new and the backings are new.

These are buffed, polished, shining and look like they belong in a Tiffany Show room down town. A stunning picture-frame style surrounds it's prized and perfect 100% natural Australian Fire opals.

They are very well matched with a rainbow of fire-flinging color. The pendant is just over 1.5" tall including the decorative bail by just under 3/4" wide. The earrings are sized down proportionately to the pendant and are just under 1.25 long including their fern bail that is soldered onto an'O' ring and allows the bottom part to swing and sway ever so slightly. The fire is deep, rich and bright! It'winks' as you wear them, catching the light and flinging a red sparkle of fire across the table. They have gorgeous and PERFECT black opals that are rich and fire-filled! The bright fire opals themselves are 3/4 long by 9mm wide (3.22 pendant) and each earring opal is 8mm by 6mm (1.17c earrings). Genuine 100% classified black opals with shocking fire RED, blue, green, purple and gold! As you move the earrings back and forth you get a beautiful twinkling, flashing light show with lots of movement and an overall'pink/red' hue and bright fire glow. The design is a floral wreath shell fern. The metals are mixed These are NOT plated, they are sterling and 18K rose gold accented BOTH. The back is sterling and the front is both textured sterling and rose gold surrounding the opals and accenting each delicate edge. Each earring, even though larger than most opal earrings, weighs only 3 grams and the backing is positioned to Hang the earring exactly balanced on the lobe.

The pendant is quite heavy with all three pieces are 13.4 grams. We have a very rare rose gold and sterling chain that is both an intertwined mix of metals. This chain is included with the set. These are heirloom quality earrings to keep for a lifetime. May be worn every day or for special occasions.
